Paul DeBole, JD
Managing Director
Mr. DeBole had an extensive career in government, higher education, and in the private sector. During his tenure with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts' Executive Office of Public Safety, he served as liaison to the Office of National Drug Control Policy, as well as the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF), the U.S. Marshals Service (USMS), and local law enforcement agencies. Mr. DeBole also served as Senior Budget Analyst with the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) with oversight responsibility of a $753 million operating budget and a $600 million capital budget.
Mr. DeBole, in addition to his government experience, has also worked for the Quinlan Publishing Group as a decision analyst, responsible for the analysis of federal and state court decisions on such diverse topics as zoning, land use, administrative law, and gaming regulation. Mr. DeBole has authored over 20 articles for various publications including Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly, as well as those of the American Bar Association and the Federal Bar Association.
Mr. DeBole is also an Adjunct Professor at Lasell College, Bentley University, and Suffolk University, where he teaches American Government, State & Local Government, and Public Policy. Mr. DeBole is a graduate of the New England School of Law.
