T. David O'Connor, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. O’Connor is the Chief Financial Officer of Brandon Associates. In this capacity, he is responsible for all aspects of Brandon Associates financial functions, including accounting, tax, audit, fiscal analysis, and strategic planning for the firm’s operations.

Previously, and for over 10 years, Mr. O’Connor served as a financial consultant to non-profit organizations throughout the Northeast. In this position, he consulted organizations in the development and administration of annual budgets, fiscal analysis, short and long range forecasting, contract administration, audit reviews, auxiliary services and facilities management.

Mr. O'Connor graduated from Ithaca College with a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and then received a Masters degree in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts. Mr. O’Connor is licensed Certified Public Accountant.
