Caitlin E. Leach, Senior Counsel for State and Federal Affairs
Ms. Leach serves as In-House Counsel for Brandon Associates. In her role as In-House Counsel, Ms. Leach manages all of the firm’s legal matters, researches legislation, and assists in day-to-day client management.

Prior to joining Brandon Associates, Ms. Leach completed a fellowship at the AIDS Legal Referral Panel in San Francisco and worked as a law clerk at Phillips & Garcia, PC. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Leach interned at both the Massachusetts State Senate and the United States Congress.

Ms. Leach graduated magna cum laude from Georgetown University and received her Juris Doctorate from Roger Williams University School of Law. She is currently admitted to the State Bar of California as well as the State Bar of Massachusetts.
